Tissue

In the continued interest of supplying the most accurate information on tissues (bathroom or facial), I have found the Trader Joes brand tissues are smaller per tissue than the Albertson's brand (8.5" x 7.7" for Trader Joe's; 8.6" x 8.4" for Albertson's). This results in a per-tissue area variance of 6.79 square inches favoring the Albertson's brand. Significant to say the least. However, the Trader Joe's brand includes 175 tissues whereas the Albertson's "Whisper Soft" brand which is being used in the current study only includes 160 tissues. This results in a total area of 11,558.4 sq.in. for the Albertson's brand, and 11,453.75 sq.in. for the Trader Joe's brand. Certainly less significant. Both tissues are 2-ply, and both tissues feel similar to the testers already raw nose. The advantage, to this tester, will have to go to the Trader Joe's brand due to the fact that it uses 100% recycled paper with 10-25% post-consumer content. Plus, how often do you really use a tissue all the way out to its extreme edges. Not too often, I would submit.

I'm home sick today.
