New Zealand 2 (or... Eels!)

In a stream by a little restaurant called the Jester House.

There were a bunch of these fellas. Several feet long and two or three inches in diameter. Or is that a meter-ish long and 50-75 mm in diameter? They are New Zealand eels after all...

You could buy some food and feed them if you so desired, but they were in a wild stream. I guess they just knew where to hang out.
